1. Agreement to Terms
   ・By installing or using this application, "MindScope" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
   ・If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service
   ・The App provides entertainment content including psychological tests, aptitude diagnoses (e.g., RPG Job Diagnosis), stress checks, and daily fortune telling.
   ・While diagnosis results are generated based on statistical data or specific theories, they are for entertainment purposes only and do not substitute for medical diagnosis or professional advice.

3. Prohibited Conduct
   Users shall not engage in any of the following acts: ・Reverse engineering, disassembling, or decompiling the App. ・Infringing upon the intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, etc.) of the Developer or any third party. ・Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of data within the App (including diagnosis texts). ・Acts that place an excessive load on servers or networks. ・Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Developer.

4. Advertisements and Third-Party Services
   ・The App displays advertisements provided by third parties (e.g., Google AdMob).
   ・The Developer assumes no responsibility for the content of advertisements or the content of any linked websites.
   ・When using SNS sharing functions, the terms of service of the respective SNS platform will apply separately.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
   ・No Guarantee of Results: The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or completeness of diagnosis results or advice.
   ・User Responsibility: Any decisions or actions taken based on diagnosis results (especially stress checks) are the sole responsibility of the user. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages (including mental distress or disadvantages) arising from the use of the App.
   ・Service Modification: The Developer reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the App's content without prior notice and shall not be liable for any resulting damages.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
   All intellectual property rights related to the App, including programs, texts (diagnosis content), graphics, and designs, belong to the Developer or the respective right holders.

7. Multilingual Support
   While the App supports multiple languages (Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese), we do not guarantee the complete accuracy of translations. The Developer is not responsible for any misunderstandings caused by linguistic differences.

8. Changes to Terms
   The Developer may modify these Terms of Service at any time. The modified terms shall become effective once they are posted within the App.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the location of the Developer.
